Gonzalo Grijalba, Gran Cerdo Rosasdo 2022

Gonzalo Grijalba has garnered a bit of a cult following across the wine world for his passion towards his wine and animosity towards those who didn't believe in his dream of being a winemaker. A real success-story, his Gran Cerdo (Big Pig) wines are "dedicated" to the bankers who turned him down for a loan when he was setting up his vineyard. Rosasdo 2022 is made from a blend of Tempranillo & Grenache; the nose is packed with notes of fresh cherries, raspberry and strawberry, with the palate following with more candied fruitiness. A nice bright acidity makes this dry rosé super vibrant and the perfect pair for a picnic in the sunshine.
